Description

/Preferred Qualifications
  • Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities against mainly OSAT customers.
  • Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
  • Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
  • Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
  • Provide application support and training to customers.
     

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Above BS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, material science preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years to maximum 8 years’ experience preferred.

  • Process engineer experiences in OSAT background is highly preferred.<...
