**Job Description**
This role supports a precast and infrastructure facility that builds aluminum forms used by construction companies to pour concrete. As a Skilled Laborer, you work with hand and power tools, shape rebar, assemble and move concrete forms, and help maintain a clean and safe worksite in a manufacturing environment that closely resembles a construction site.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support daily production activities.
+ Shape, cut, and prepare rebar to meet specific project and form requirements.
+ Build and assemble aluminum boxes and other concrete forms according to specifications.
+ Move, position, and stage forms and other heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Assist with general site clean up, including removing debris and organizing materials to maintain a safe work area.
