Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work environment
+ Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
+ Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed
+ Operate basic hand and power tools (based on experience level)
