Skilling Strategy Manager, Delivery & Program Operations

**Overview**

The Delivery and Program Operations (DPO) team runs Global Skilling's end-to-end delivery and operations — including workshop and class delivery, instruction and facilitation, enrollment and registration, and the platform features behind them — to provide skilling services at scale for commercial customers, partners, and employees.

Our DPO team is currently hiring **Skilling Strategy Managers (SSMs)** to be strategic account managers, bridging business strategy and sales skilling execution to drive end-to-end learning strategies that accelerate business outcomes. As trusted advisors, SSMs ensure every initiative supports strategic objectives—enabling Microsoft to lead as the most competent sales organization globally.
