About the role
Reaseheath College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Skills & Development Coach to join our Initial Teacher Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop aspiring teachers undertaking the Level 5 Teacher Training Apprenticeship programme. You will play a key role in supporting apprentices throughout their journey helping them develop as confident and reflective teaching professionals while ensuring they make strong progress towards successful achievement of their apprenticeship standard.

Conduct apprentice progress reviews and monitor progress against apprenticeship standards and KSBs.
