- Provide excellent service to both guests and staff, to build good customer relationships.
- Always look neat and professional and greet guests warmly.
- Make sure gaming machines are working properly and fix minor issues; refill slot tickets when needed.
- Place “out of order” signs on broken machines and report them to the technician or supervisor.
- Walk around assigned areas regularly and respond quickly to guest concerns or service calls.
- Help guests with machines, give directions, and share info about events and services.
- Clearly explain how games work, including payouts and jackpots.
- Help with machine payouts following department guidelines.
- Report any problems right away, such as safety issues, rude or drunk guests, or cheating.
