Overview It is the responsibility of the Slot Services Ambassador to provide excellent service to guests on the casino slot floor. There is also an expectation The Slot Service Ambassador will be required to respond to guest requests for information, handle currency transactions, pay and verify jackpots and fills. Responsibilities Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems with slot machines and documents accordingly.
