Job Description
- Led and supported end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of SmartRecruiters across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather hiring requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configured requisition workflows, approval processes, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management.
- Enabled integrations between SmartRecruiters and external systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, job boards, and background check vendors.
- Provided support for data migration, reporting setup, and dashboard creation for recruitment analytics.
- Assisted in UAT testing, defect resolution, go‑live activities, and post‑implementation stabilization.
- Delivered functional advisory and best‑practice recommendations to HR and business teams for process optimization.
- 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration
