We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Systems SME to support airline engineering systems and MRO platforms in a critical 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7 operations of engineering systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Deliver production support in line with defined service levels and KPIs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational activities across engineering systems.
• Align closely with Engineering System and Application Support Managers.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive implementation of best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation.
• Provide on‑call support on a rota basis to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
