Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from a recognized university.
• Strict requirement for a minimum of 3 years of active, target-driven B2B banking sales experience within the UAE SME sector.
• Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of Central Bank KYC regulations and the ability to accurately analyze Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) reports and corporate balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute aggressive daily cold-calling and physical visits to industrial zones to acquire new SME business accounts and push commercial lending facilities.
• Navigate strict internal credit frameworks, ensuring all trade licenses, audited financials, and source-of-funds documentation are flawlessly collected during client onboarding.
