Job Description

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with specific expertise in distressed property transfers and bond cancellations. The successful candidate will have current, hands-on experience managing transfer registrations and related conveyancing matters within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

You will be responsible for:

Managing transfer registrations and related conveyancing transactions
Ensuring compliance with bank processing guidelines and service-level requirements
Liaising with banks, clients, attorneys and other relevant stakeholders throughout the transfer process
Preparing, processing and managing transfer and bond cancellation documentation and securities
