Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor SMT equipment including screen printers and pick-and-place machines to meet production schedules
+ Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
