Detailed Description:
Process Design & NPI: Design and implement robust SMT manufacturing processes and tooling for new product introductions (NPI).
Machine Optimization: Program and optimize complex SMT equipment (Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI) to maximize throughput and reliability.
Data-Driven Performance: Utilize DOE and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze machine capability, minimize costs, and scale capacity.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve critical technical issues involving products, processes, and components to ensure seamless production.
DFM Collaboration: Provide technical feedback on DFMto product designers to enhance yield and manufacturability.
