Our client is a Large sized Civil Contractor who is looking to employ a solid Contracts Manager with experience in the building sector
POSITION INFO:
Requirements Must have relevant qualifications Must have SACPCMP Pr Registration Must have solid experience on high end building projects Preferably live in KZN or be willing to relocate there Must have a stable CV and track record with contactable references Experience as CM or SA on projects valued at over R100 million Duties Contract co-ordination and supervision Including financial management of projects Client liaison Attendance at site meetings Appoint and manage subcontractors for the duration of the contract Adjudication of sub contract contracts of sub-contractors Quality Control management Time and Cost Management General administration duties Tendering duties
