Snr/Lead Exec - Admissions & Academic Affairs Dept

To support outcomes monitoring, data analytics and reporting for the Enhanced Learning Pathways (ELP) framework, enabling evidence based oversight, policy refinement and reporting. The role ensures that Enhanced Learning Pathways outcomes are systematically tracked and supported by appropriate system and data structures in collaboration with the Digital Solutions & Services Department.

• Outcomes Monitoring & Analysis
• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to track participation, progression and outcomes across Enhanced Learning Pathways.
• Analyse trends across pathway types, Schools and cohorts to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support periodic and annual collation of pathway data from Schools and relevant units.
• Reporting
• Prepare dashboards, reports and briefing materials for AAA management and senior leadership.
