Job Description
This is a remote position. Our client is expending their social housing team and are looking to recruit a social housing solicitor who is to be based out of our Manchester Office. You will, like us, must be passionate about your work and driven to succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to progress your career within a large and continually growing, fast paced team. Job Specification: -Run a varied housing caseload which will include the following types of cases: -ASB injunctions. -Breach of tenancy injunctions.
-Possession claims. -Housing management matters. -Leasehold matters.
-Disrepair claims. Requirements A passion for social housing law. Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
Attention to detail. Solutions driven. Excellent advocacy skills.
Excellent IT skills. Team player.
