• Working closely with Leader to develop creative content ideas aligned with company communication goals.
• Create structured content storylines based on communication objectives (weekly and monthly basis content plans).
• Develop content storylines and Prepare shooting rundowns and schedules based on content plan prepared by Lead.
• Capture photo and video content according to content requirements and quality standard.
• Perform basic to intermediate editing of photos and videos.
• Write captions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to Direct Messages (DMs) and comments across social media platforms.
• Identify sensitive issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.
