Earned Media Productions (EMP) is looking for someone who can turn podcasts into growth engines — and build engaged communities around them.

This role sits at the intersection of content distribution, social strategy, and audience engagement. What you'll do:

• Own daily posting across Tik Tok, IG Reels, You Tube Shorts, X, and more

• Turn podcast episodes into high-performing short-form content

• Decide what clips get posted, when, and where

• Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement across platforms

• Help shape the voice and presence of brands online
