Job Description
We’re expanding our team at Reyal Design, and we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who knows how to mix creativity, strategy, and data to drive real results.
This role is for someone who goes beyond posting and scheduling. We want a thinker, a planner, and a doer.
What we’re looking for:
- ✅ Strong experience managing and growing social media platforms
- ✅ Comfortable building and executing social media strategies
- ✅ Solid understanding of KPIs and performance tracking
- ✅ Social media reporting & analytics experience is a must
- ✅ Experience using AI tools to work smarter, faster, and better
- ✅ Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- ✅ Confident communicating with clients in English (written & spoken)
- ✅ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- ✅ Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- ✅ Experience with tools like Metricool is a big plus ...
