Job Status: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours/week; flexibility required based on patient and program needs
Shifts: 8-hour days Monday to Friday

Position Summary
The University Health Network (UHN) seeks Registered Nurses (RN) with specialized training in wound care to join its Social Medicine Program. The RN will address social determinants of health for patients with complex medical and social needs, providing high‑quality, compassionate care in community‑based settings at 750 Dundas St., W. Dunn House (90 Dunn Ave), and Mobile Health Clinic vans.
