Job Description
Experienced social worker required for Looked after Children team. Our Corporate Parenting Service pulls together the case work and the provision to focus on permanence for every Looked After Child. We operate a Group Supervision model within each team, called Practice Support Groups (PSG), where children and young people aged 0-18 years are the focus, this has the effect of reducing the transfers and handovers that children and their families hate. The focus on a Systemic Approach, with relationship based social work at its heart, supports social workers and promotes reflective practice.
