Job Title: Social Worker – Intake and Assessment 
Location: Vales of Glamorgan
Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers to join the dynamic Adult Services Intake and Assessment Team- a fast-paced, supportive environment where professionals can make a real difference in the lives of adults across the community.


What will your responsibilities be?


The team is responsible for:

  • Responding to safeguarding concerns and crisis situations.

  • Conducting outcome-focused assessments and developing Care & Support Plans.

  • Promoting wellbeing through the Wellbeing Matters Service.

  • Addressing urgent equipment and manual handling needs.

  • Reassessing individuals whose needs have changed.
