About the role:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Locality Team in Medway to manage a mixed caseload within our generic community social work teams, delivering high-quality, effective, and person-centred assessments and interventions. You’ll work across Medway using a strength-based practice approach, with a strong emphasis on face-to-face visits to build trust and deliver tailored support.

What will your responsibilities be?
