Social Worker - MSW (Adolescent Medicine)

UPMC Department of Pediatrics is hiring a full-time Social Worker- MSW to join their Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine team! This is a Monday through Friday daylight position from 8:30am to 4:30pm with no evenings or weekends. The hours are flexible with court hours and community events. This role will require some travel to satellite locations. This department consists of Social Workers of all levels and provides supervision for LCSW hours starting in September 2026.

Purpose:
The Social Worker is responsible for providing complete psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, individual, family, group, bereavement and end of life counseling, and timely and appropriate discharge planning based on known or anticipated needs.
