Position: Social Worker / MSW I
Remote/Virtual Position : No
Coverage Area: Estes Park / Lyons, CO & surrounding areas
Would need support for Hospice and Home Health patients in this role

Salary: $35 - $45 / hour
Schedule: PRN as needed with support after hours / on call / holidays
Must be licensed in the state of CO as an LSW or LCSW
