Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Safeguarding team, based in Northamptonshire.

As a Children’s Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a critical role in protecting and promoting the welfare of children and young people. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in crisis.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:
Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.

Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams.
