Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Single Point of Access
Location: Wrexham
Pay Rate: £46.62 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults Single Point of Access team, based in Wrexham.


What will your responsibilities be?

  • The Adults SPOA (Single Point of Access) serves as the front door to Adult Social Care

  • It is responsible for screening and responding to all referrals made to the service

  • Determines next steps for each referral

  • Provides signposting to appropriate services

  • Coordinates the offer of Information, Advice, and Assistance wherever possible
