Sociocultural Representative

Valbin Corporation is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Sociocultural Representative to join our team for a potential contract with the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC). The Sociocultural Representative will provide scientific sociocultural expertise to ensure the effective integration of cultural heritage and behavior of populations into NATO exercises. **This position is contingent upon award.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist EXCON and TA in translating sociocultural insights into exercise content and play.
- Provide recommendations for improvement in the representation of sociocultural elements within the scenario to refine or improve the scenario.
- Analyze TA-produced orders and documentation with regard to understanding the sociocultural implications of proposed actions and effects. Suggest options to resolve discrepancies in orders or courses of action (COAs) to facilitate TA education.
