  Job Summary: 
 As a Software and Solutions Product Engineer at Lexmark, you will be responsible for supporting solutions field issues and escalations, interfacing with third-party developers, and ensuring the successful release of third-party eSF applications. You will also be expected to continuously improve product and partner support workflows and provide regular data analytics for partner and customer issues. 
 
 
   Your typical day will include:   
  Investigate, triage, and coordinate with development teams to resolve customer issues. 
  Support third-party eSF development partners and enable the development of third-party applications. 
  Answer common development questions and provide advisories for known issues or upcoming changes.
