Business Analyst
As part of the Software Development Center, you collaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders to define product features and enhancements. You will be working on the MLFF (Multi Lane Free Flow tolling) project.
As the front-line of the software design review, you will:
- Collaborate and coordinate with NLEX to:
- Analyze existing business processes, e.g. through interview of operating staff and capturing the processes and business rules being in use
- Identify opportunities for improvement, e.g. through understanding of existing operational ‘’pain points’’ and ‘’wish lists’’
- Recommend & document solutions to enhance process efficiency and performance, i.e. through functional specifications, such as user stories and use cases
