Software Developer (Rust)

Responsibilities
Design and build high-performance, multithreaded trade processing systems using Rust
Maintain and enhance services built in C#
Develop scalable microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC)
Optimize system performance, latency, and memory usage to reduce AWS costs
Work on distributed systems and high-volume data processing pipelines
Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS)
Own end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, and production support
Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple regions
Participate in incident resolution and second-line production support
Follow DevOps practices for CI/CD and deployment workflows
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years software engineering experience in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise in Rust (async, concurrency, memory management)
Strong experience with C# and .NET Core
