Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Software Developers and Data Scientists into a high-performing team
• Drive delivery of AI features enhancing user interactions
• Research and recommend AI tools aligned with business goals
• Manage AI project schedules and delivery expectations
Requirements:
• Degree in Computing Science, AI, or related area
• 5+ years in software development, including leadership
• Experience with quality-driven AI product delivery
