Software Engineer – Automated Test Fixtures

Job Summary

The Software Engineer will be an integral part of the WMO (Worldwide Manufacturing Operations), Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) team, responsible for the design and development of test fixture solutions comprising semi-automated and fully automated test equipment (ATE), based out of Bangalore, India. This role requires a strong system level- understanding of semiconductor manufacturing tools, ion beam deposition, gas panels, vacuum chambers, and related test environments, along with hands-on- experience in developing and configuring test fixture software and test scripts for automated testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding hardware behavior, processes, and tool software at a deep technical level, and translating that knowledge into robust test sequences and validations for modules and sub-assemblies such as I/O controllers, motion controls, heaters, and electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid devices used in semicon...
