About the Role PagerDuty is seeking a
Full‑Stack Software Engineer
to join the Mobilization Team and build the core scheduling platform, creating scalable, AI‑native services and user‑facing features.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, test, and ship backend services, APIs, or front‑end interfaces to ensure secure, highly reliable, and scalable solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineers across teams, own the lifecycle of features from design through to production.
Participate in the on‑call rotation, triage, and resolve production issues as they arise.
Address challenges for 20,000+ global customers, helping to scale the product to meet demand.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large, scalable systems.
Experience developing customer‑facing, web‑based systems.
Proficiency with Java, Python, React, and AI coding tools.
