Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful technical work end-to-end, from design through deployment
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Collaborate with researchers and ML engineers to ship high-impact features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and write clean, well-tested, well-documented code
- Debug and resolve issues across complex distributed systems
- Participate in code reviews to help raise the technical bar
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Fluency in at least one additional language such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or SQL
- Experience working in production environments with real users
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, or data-driven systems
