Location & Work Model
Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid model: three days per week in the office.
Engineering Teams
Monzo has over 400 engineers across backend, infrastructure, security, payments, finance, customer operations, financial crime, data, and more. Engineers work in squads that collaborate across disciplines.
