About the role

• Own product problems across frontend, backend, data, workflows, and production follow-through.
• You may spend one day tightening a customer-facing interface, another reshaping an API, and another tracing a slow workflow back to the data model or background job causing it.
• Work from customer feedback, product notes, operational pain, and founder direction, then ship the simplest production-quality system that moves the company forward.
