About The Role Fastco is seeking a Software Engineer with 3-5 years of Java development experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design and delivery of reliable software products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications and services. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
