This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules. Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.
