As a Software Engineering Senior Advisor focused on Quality Engineering (QE) and AI Test Automation, you will lead how we define, measure, and improve quality across complex platforms. You will shape testing strategy, drive automation, and partner across teams to ensure reliable, high-impact technology outcomes that support business goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own and drive the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across multiple systems, aligning quality outcomes with business and technology objectives
+ Define and execute a modern testing roadmap that includes functional, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end validation
+ Embed quality practices into Agile delivery, ensuring testing is integrated into Scrum and Kanban workflows
