The role is directly responsible for maintaining standards of quality and consistency within clearly defined processes, ensuring that work meets the functional expectations of the organization. Managers here support the well-being and performance of the team by troubleshooting obstacles, clarifying requirements, and reporting escalated problems to higher management.
They will lead a team delivering web portals and exam delivery software using .Net, Angular, and Azure. Drive operational excellence, support team growth, and ensure high-quality, secure software delivery in a fast-paced environment.
