**Your Impact**

+ Lead, coach, and develop 8-12 developers building shared real-time media platform components, APIs, and cross-platform runtime layers.
+ Set direction through goals, priorities, planning, weekly check-ins, 1:1s, and follow-up.
+ Own execution, delivery predictability, quality gates, operational health, and agile continuous improvement.
+ Manage people growth, performance feedback, development plans, individual performance factor recommendations, salary-review input, hiring, and retention.
