We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads and manages the most complex defect detection, problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Detects problems where standard practice and/or software has failed to meet client requirements.
- Defines and researches QA metrics, analyzes trends, identifies and develops corrective actions and influences decisions leading to improved business results.
- Provides recommendations to drive continuous QA process improvement. Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed technologies or changes.
