- This isn’t about following scripts and ticking boxes. It’s about curiosity, persistence, and a slight distrust of anything that claims to be “working fine.”
- It’s about asking:
- What happens if I click this five times?
- Why is this button here?
- Who approved this?
- And then proving your point with evidence.
