RWE Americas, LLC Solar Farm Technician I The Solar Farm Technician I performs preventative and corrective maintenance for all scopes of an operating power plant, including civil, mechanical, and electrical inspection and repair. The technician monitors the plant's availability and ensures mechanical and electrical maintenance is performed to maintain safety and operating targets. They execute daily scheduling with a prioritized list of work from planning, maximize generation, and prioritize proactive work. The role also includes maintaining accountability and readiness of plant tools, equipment, and vehicles; providing technical guidance to the O&M team; tracking and maintaining records of service activities in the digital maintenance management system; and fostering a strong work ethic and culture on the team.
