Job Description
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Mechanic that will be responsible for performing all functions needed for an onsite mechanic and maintenance of all heavy equipment and general equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain shop equipment in a clean and orderly condition and report all deficiencies to supervisorPerform inspections to ensure tested and repaired equipment meet performance specificationsTroubleshoot breakdowns of equipment to determine extent of damage or malfunctionsFollow given operating instructions to maintain shop equipment operationsMaintain suppliesCall for repairsPerform regular preventive maintenanceComplete and file all appropriate reports and paperworkEffectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsAll other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
