(Solar PV) Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manager leads the execution of maintenance activities to ensure the company’s solar PV systems operate safely, reliably, and at or above performance targets. This role holds accountability for portfolio-level system performance, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), workforce productivity, and the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.

The Maintenance Manager oversees both preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely response to issues and minimizing system downtime. Working closely with the AVP - Operations and Maintenance, Operations and Asset Management teams, the role ensures alignment between field execution, system monitoring insights, and performance objectives.
