Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Proposal / Estimation Engineer to lead pre-bid, tendering, technical estimation and proposal activities for solar EPC projects.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the complete bidding process, from feasibility assessment and preliminary engineering through cost estimation, value engineering, procurement coordination and final tender submission.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and timely submission of complete technical and commercial EPC proposals
- Conduct and coordinate site visits and detailed project feasibility assessments
- Develop preliminary designs, equipment selections, BOQs, cost estimates and tender documentation
