Job Description

Our Tralee based clients are presently recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team. You will manage property transactions, guiding clients through the buying and selling process. You will conduct title searches, prepare legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with all parties to facilitate smooth, legally sound property transfers. This is a permanent, full-time position with the option of hybrid working in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.

Conduct property title searches, identify and resolve issues, and prepare title deeds.

Advise clients on property law matters, guiding them through the legal process with clarity and professionalism.
