Job Description

A highly regarded law firm in Essex is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join it's established Property department. You'll be part of a busy property department, playing a key role in the team's continued success. This position will allow you to gain greater exposure to a highly valuable and diverse caseload and this position would suit an ambitious conveyancer seeking long-term career development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity

  • Deliver a high standard of client care, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships

  • Provide support to junior members of the team and legal assistants

  • Play an active role in networking and business development to promote the team and wider firm
